Arijit Singh Turns Stunning Director With Musical Bengali Film Sa

The well known music director cum playback singer Arijit Singh has now also turned a director of a musical film in Bengali called Sa, which was showcased at the ongoing IFFI at Goa yesterday. The film starring Lalu Pragun Singh, Tukai Srija Ghosh, Lokhai Anindya Pulak Banerjee and Shyamali Deblina Sen in the main leads chronicles the life of a simple family in West Bengal, in the aftermath mass  migration following the setting up of Bangladesh as a separate state. The birth of Lalu brings great joy but the tragic circumstances force his father to send Lalu to his childhood friend. a venerated maestro of Indian classical music, where he picks up lessons on culture, religion  and urban rural divide and learns to live with a smile and a belief that everything is going to be alright . The film produced under the banner of Oriyon Edutainment Works is base don a story by Koyel Singh and it is in the fitness of things that Arijit's debut film is a tribute to his  love for music. Arijit Singh, who is trained in Indian classical music for over 20 years established his banner Oriyon Edutainment  with a goal to collaborate with like minded people and form a film caravan.
