HERE ARE ALL THE DEETS ABOUT THE FINAL SEASON OF HOUSE OF CARDS

House Of Cards may have been on hold for quite sometime now but the makers and the cast are all set to make the much awaited comeback for the final season, to leave the fans spellbound, without Kevin Spacey as the streamers announced last month that they'll no longer be working with Spacey.

The sixth and final season of the Netflix original series House Of Cards will now focus on Robin Wright's character, Claire Underwood. The eight episode long sixth season (unlike the earlier ones which had 13 episodes) will resume production in 2018, extending their hiatus a little further, announced Netflix content chief Ted Sarandos on Monday morning. “We are excited to bring closure to fans,” he said, per T.H.R.

The decision finalized is exactly what was anticipated ever since producer Media Rights Capital shut down production on the show in November following reports of sexual misconduct against Spacey, who plays Frank Underwood in the series. It was considered likely that Spacey would be written out of the show.

The show, ever since it's beginning, has won accolades and appreciation for the performances as well as the plot. We are eagerly looking forward to the sixth season!
