Did You Know That  Jackie Shroff Played Cupid For Kishori And Deepak?

Kishori Shahane Vij currently seen in TV show Ishq Mein Marjawan  is happily married to actor and filmmaker Deepak Balraj Vij (director of hit films like Sailaab and Jaan Tere Naam) who would be seen in Ashutosh  Gowarikar's Panipath as an actor. And while they may seem like an ordinary celebrity couple, the story of how they met is quite interesting. The two met through common friend Jackie Shroff. “ Ours was quite a filmy meeting. Jackie Shroff, who is a close friend was the one who made us meet. He told me once, ‘Why don't you drop by this set, and I'll introduce you to the Deepak, who is making a Hindi film in which he requires a Marathi heroine.’ And so I was introduced to him on the set by Jackie. I have always been a very adventurous person and so is he. We had so much in common. We enjoy life along with work today,” she says. Jackie later acted in the film Malik Ek which was based on Sai Baba's life which was produced by them.
