Guess who gave a head message to Siddhant Karnick on Mere Sai?

One of the best feelings in the world is to get a soothing massage after a tired day at the office. Television actors shoot for 12-13 hours every day which is gruelling at times. A shoot will involve multiple activities ranging from dressing up for a special character, showcase different emotions, shoot in the sweltering sun and many more. Siddhant Karnick, the latest addition to the star-cast of Sony Entertainment Television’s show Mere Sai is enjoying his role of Ganpat Rao to the fullest! Recently, the talented actor got an impromptu head massage on the sets while shooting for a special sequence from the narrative of the life story of India’s most loved saint.

In an upcoming sequence, Sai Baba (Abeer Soofi) is educating kids how to identify which earthen pots have been properly baked and which ones are yet to get ready by gently knocking on them. The children innocently say that it would be wonderful if people could also be identified in a similar way. Ganpat Rao (Siddhant Karnick) who has also arrived in the vicinity for certain work to set up his theatre play in Shirdi is identified by Sai as a “kachcha matka”. During this shoot, when Abeer knocked on Sidhhant’s head, he complimented the actor as he felt better with his gentle knocking. Abeer also gave him a brief head massage when they got a short break from the shoot.

When contacted, Abeer confirmed, “Siddhant has become a very good friend of all of us in a very brief span of time. While shooting for this sequence, I knocked few times on Siddhant’s head and he expressed a wish to get a head massage. When we got a short break, I gave him a head massage as well! It was a funny and wonderful experience as I have never given any one a head massage before, so I wasn’t sure if he would like it. Sai Baba too would heal people’s ailments and in a very small way by Sai Baba’s grace it gave me an opportunity to help my co-actor.”
