IT'S SHRADDHA KAPOOR OPPOSITE PRABHAS IN SAAHO!

Post Anushka Shetty's controversial exit from Prabhas' next Saaho, all eyes were on who would replace the actress. If reports are to be believed, all those speculations can now finally come to an end as it is Half Girlfriend actress Shraddha Kapoor who has given the nod to director Sujeeth's passionate action-thriller project.

In a statement given to a leading portal, the producer of the film confirmed the development and said, “Shraddha is the perfect choice for the role. We are excited to have her on board with us. Saaho is Prabhas’s first film in Hindi and so it is very special for all of us. It is an ambitious project and will have some really high-octane action scenes.”

According to reports, Shraddha asked for a hefty sum of ₹12 crores for the film—the reason being that she usually charges₹4 crores for a film and Saaho will be shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. However, the producers were keen on having Shraddha on board and after a long round of negotiations, settled down on a sum of ₹9 crores. On the other hand, Prabhas, who is riding high on the success of Baahubali franchise, will take away more than three times the sum and the producers will be coughing a whopping sum of ₹30 crores!
