Talking about her mother , Jasmin Bhasin exults on the Mother's Day, "My mother's name is Gurmeet Kaur Bhasin. On first thought I feel I don't need a day to celebrate my relationship with mother but no second thoughts it is a good idea to remind your mom  that she means the world to you. My mom lives in my hometown Kota. I will call her on mother's day and wish her and thank her for everything. I had asked her what she wants and like always she said I want nothing. She is coming to Mumbai next week so I intend to pamper her by taking her to shopping and will make her buy whatever she wants. Last I met her on Diwali and haven't met her after that so really looking forward to meeting her. My mother is my best friend too. she has given me excellent upbringing and values and taught me to do my best in everything I do. She always tells me it is nice to be important but it is more important to be nice."
