MOUNI ROY TO PLAY A GREY CHARACTER IN ALIA-RANBIR'S BRAHMASTRA?

 Naagin actress Mouni Roy is on cloud nine these days as the beautiful actress has roped in for another Bollywood's big venture before the release of her debut film Gold with Akshay Kumar. The television actress is all set to play a negative part in Ayan Mukerji's superhero fantasy adventure film Brahmastra starring Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles.

The reports in DNA quoted a source saying, "Alia will obviously play the damsel in distress, who is Ranbir's love interest in the trilogy. But Mouni will play a villain in the first part. Her character will have shades of grey."

Brahmastra is the third collaboration between Karan Johar, Ranbir and Ayan after Wake Up Sid and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.

Interestingly the first two Bollywood film of Mouni Roy will set release in the month of August as her debut film opposite Akshay Kumar directed by Reema Kagti is all set to hit the theatres on August 15, 2018. Likewise, her second film Brahmastra with Alia and Ranbir is slated to release on August 15, 2019, just one year after the release of her debut.
