Nitin and Salman are India’s voice, says Ajay Devgn

India’s biggest singing reality show – Indian Idol 10 has won audience appreciation from all over and continues to entertain them every weekend. Bollywood’s super star couple Ajay Devgan & Kajol will grace the stage of Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol for the special Duet Challenge episode. Contestants Nitin Kumar and Salman Ali who are winning hearts across the nation with their flawless singing, impressed Ajay and Kajol as well. In the duet challenge, Nitin and Salman gave a powerful performance on a song from one of Ajay Devgn’s blockbuster movie ‘Legend of Bhagat Singh’.

After witnessing the power-packed performance of the duo, everyone including guests and judges were touched by their performance and couldn’t stop themselves from stepping on the stage to appreciate them. Both the stars came on stage with the judges Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani and Anu Malik and enjoyed on the song.

Ajay Devgn said, “’Rang De Basanti Chola’ song from Legend of Bhagat Singh is very close to my heart and today was the best live performance that I have experienced till date. The honesty and time invested in your Riyaaz reflects in your performance at every moment. The voice of Salman Ali and Nitin Kumar is the voice of our entire nation.”

An over-whelmed Kajol said, “I literally had goose-bumps when I saw the performance! Legend of Bhagat Singh is my all-time favorite movie and today I was inspired by the same patriotic feeling once again. Salman Ali is an absolutely outstanding singer!”
