Priyank Sharma Says There's No Such Thing As A Free Lunch

Television's quintessential chocolate boy who rose to fame after his tryst with a couple of youth reality shows & entered Bigg Boss as a celebrity will now be seen playing his flamboyant self in college teenage drama show Punch Beat. The first poster of the show released by television czarina Ekta Kapoor piqued interest as the protagonist, Priyank exposed his bare back & is looking his fittest best. Priyank, who boasts of a massive female following is a self-confessed fitness freak & would often be spotted working out whilst his stay in the Bigg Boss house. Apparently there was a lot at stake for the Delhi boy when he landed his first full fledged fiction show & he went in for a strenuous fitness regime. He shares his secret behind the 6 pack abs, 'I was always a fitness enthusiast & was in a decent lean shape earlier. There was an injury & the medications lead me to put on some 7 Kgs. When this opportunity came knocking, I'd to either make it or break it. I am on a no Roti, no Sugar diet since a month. I have reduced my intake of sugar & salt to a great extent & only drink 2 liters of water a day & I cheat on  my diet once in 8 days. It's been  tough journey but I'm overwhelmed  with the response so far. I've worked hard to get this far & I only want to give my best because there's no such thing  as a free lunch.'Talking about perseverance Priyank Sharma shares, 'It's not easy to maintain a physique for a longer period of time. I'm consistently trying to not stray & keep my 6 pack abs & it's the toughest job in the world. I'm working towards it since last year & a half, one cannot diet for that long. My efforts have finally paid off & loving the adulation, he further adds.
