SANJAY DUTT BROKE DOWN INTO TEARS HEARING HIS MOTHER NARGIS’ LAST WORDS

Recently the poster of Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju which showcase the uncanny resemblance between Nargis Dutt and Manisha Koirala's portrayal of Nargis is released. Manisha Koirala will be playing the role of legendary actress Nargis in the upcoming biopic of Sanjay Dutt which stars Ranbir Kapoor in the titular role. Along with Ranbir Kapoor and Manisha Koirala, the film also features Sonam Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Vicky Kaushal, Paresh Rawal, Dia Mirza and others.

The poster showcased the mother-son duo. Only a few people know that Sanjay Dutt shared an emotional journey with his mother that ended with the demise of Nargis Dutt. The trailer of Sanju depicts the various stages of Sanjay Dutt's life.

Sanjay Dutt spent his youth doing drugs while his mother Nargis Dutt battled away cancer in the US. The legendary actress during her illness used to record taped for her son during the days when he used to be addicted to drugs.

When Sanjay Dutt was under the influence of drugs, he refused to hear the recorded messages. It was after Nargis Dutt's death that he regained sobriety and finally heard the taped. Listening to the words of his mother, Sanjay Dutt had an emotional meltdown. After this Sanjay Dutt took up fitness and had a phenomenal transformation.

The film Sanju promises to bring out the various aspects of the actor's life like drugs, women, his relationship with his family and friends.

Sanju is all set to be released on June 29, 2018.
