Varun Dua became part of the Sony TV Show Shark Tank Season 3

The famous show that gives young businessmen a platform to pitch their start-up ideas, Shark Tank India, is returning once again with the third season. The first two seasons of the show have been successful. Since then the audience has been waiting for the show to return once again. Let us tell you that according to the new information received from the show, the new judge, ACKO co-founder, and CEO, Varun Dua is becoming a part of the show as a new judge.

Judges who are already a part of it

Varun Dua will join the judging panel of Shark Tank India 3. The existing Sharks will include- Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), Amit Jain (CEO and Co-Founder of CarDekho Group, InsuranceDekho), Anupam Mittal (Founder and CEO of Shaadi.com - People Group), Namita Thapar (Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (Co-Founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetics), and Piyush Bansal (Founder and CEO of Lenskart) have been a part of the show since previous seasons.

Apart from the judging panel, three other Sharks are also going to join this season Ritesh Agarwal (Founder and CEO of Oyo Rooms), Deepinder Goyal (Founder and CEO of Zomato), and Azhar Iqbal (Co-Founder of InShorts and CEO). A video has been shared by the channel in which a video was uploaded showing the face of the new judge. The video was uploaded with the caption "Varun Dua has entered the tank! ACKO Founder and CEO Varun Dua has joined the Sharks for an exciting season of Shark Tank India! Did you guess it right? Who is Varun?

For information, let us tell you that in 2016, Varun Dua started ACKO General Insurance Company and currently, he is working as the Chief Executive Officer of the insurance company. Before ACKO, he also served as the CEO of Cover Fox Insurance from 2013 to 2016. On his LinkedIn profile, he wrote, "It's a strange feeling for me to be a "shark" today. I was not born with a silver spoon. And with my average grades, I was not what you'd call Type A either. There was nothing on my resume, in my repertoire, or in my background that would lead me down the path of starting a business."
