10 MOST VIEWED BOLLYWOOD SONGS OF 2017

2017 might have been a not-so-good year for many Bollywood films such as Tubelight, Jab Harry Met Sejal, Raabta and Jagga Jasoos which failed to impress the audiences. But when it comes to music,  Hindi Bollywood Songs have always been rich in entertainment and make us want to dance to its peppy beats. This year was full of remixes from the list of hit 90s songs.  Many of these songs are part of our daily playlist and also are played in almost every party. So, to achieve 100 million views on  YouTube is not a tough task for these songs as they all did it.

Thus, here we listed 10 Bollywood songs of 2017  that have the highest views on YouTube

1. Badri Ki Dulhania (Badrinath Ki Dulhania)

The makers of Badrinath Ki Dulhania delivered a peppy Holi number composed by Tanishq in which you won't see Alia or Varun donning the typical white clothes like other Holi songs. It's colourful set and catchy lyrics help it to garner more than 370 million views on Youtube. As expected,  Alia and Varun own the screen with their effortless dance moves.

 

2. Tamma Tamma Again  (Badrinath Ki Dulhania)

This song was inspired by a Mory Kante song Tamma Tamma which was released in 1989 for  Thaanedar. The recreated version Tamma Tamma Again is composed by Bappi Lahiri which becomes the party anthem of 2017  and made us groove to its peppy beats.  Alia and Varun's killer dance moves and Bappi's music made the song a fresh mocktail for the new generation. Like the original version, the hook-step and Dhawan's fantastic impersonation of the Sanjay Dutt walk became the main highlights of the song.

 

3. Zaalima (Raees)

It is almost impossible that the king of hearts SRK is romancing in a song and that song is not on the top 10 list. So as expected, Zaalima from Raees is on number three with over 180 million views on Youtube. It's  refreshing to hear such romantic song in a battle of remixes. The song featuring Shahrukh Khan and Mahira Khan, with the voice of  Arijit Singh and Harshdeep Kaur.

 

4. Cheez Badi (Machine)

One of the biggest flop films of the year Machine gave us the revamped version of Akshay Kumar’s 90’s hit song Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast from the film Mohra. The new version of yesteryear song  Tu cheez badi hai mast mast  has Neha Kakkar crooning the duet with Udit Narayan and the music is composed by Tanishk Bagchi.

 

5. Baarish  (Half Girlfriend)

Arjun Kapoor starrer Half Girlfriend failed to impress the audience but the music of the flick has got thumbs up from the fans. The song Baarish kept fans crooning this year. The song is composed by Tanishq Bagchi and written by Arafat Mehmood & Tanishk Bagchi again, which crossed 175 million views.

 

 

6. Galti Se Mistake (Jagga Jasoos)

Jagga Jasoos was one of the biggest Bollywood mistakes last year which was directed by Anurag Basu. But the music did justice to the film's theme musical adventure drama, especially  Galti Se Mistake song, in which Pritam did a fabulous job on the music, while Arijit Singh and Amit Mishra sound absolutely funky as per the song’s requirement.  It's another chartbuster of 2017  featuring Ranbir Kapoor jamming it out with boys inside the hostel. As a result, It  scored over 163 million views.

 

7. Swag Se Swagat (Tiger Zinda Hai)

Swag Se Swagat is the perfect combination of  Bhaijaan's solid swag and Katrina’s sexy dance moves with  Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani energetic music. It is high on energy and makes you want to groove.  Vishal Dadlani and Neha Bhasin’s energetic voice give more energy to the song. It crossed about 150 million views in just 45 days. Once again Bhaijaan's swag is totally worked in favour of the song.

 

 

8. Mein Tera Boyfriend (Raabta)

This song from film Raabta is a sizzling dance number starring Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon who shared an incredible chemistry in the song.  It is a recreated version of J Star's popular song Na Na Na Na, with different music composition and crooned by Arijit Singh and Neha Kakkar. The catchy hook lines and Ahmed Khan's choreography helps to achieve a big number of 135 million views on YouTube.

 

9. Mere Rashke Qamar (Baadshaho)

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's another scintillating track starring Ajay Devgn and Ileana D'cruz from Badshaaho is a soulful number penned by Manoj Muntashir. Tanishk Bagchi has retained the original's essence and Manoj brought new life to the beautiful track, with fresh lyrics. This latest version of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan classic was a huge hit this year and crossed 135 million views solely on YouTube.

 10. Maine Tujhko Dekha (Golmaal Again)

Golmaal Again song Maine Tujhko Dekha is a revamped version of Ajay Devgn's Ishq song Neend Churayi Meri sung by Neeraj Pandey and Sukriti Kakkar. It is penned by Kumaar and Rahat Indori with new lyrics and fresh music. Talking about numbers, It crossed over 103 million views.
