The singer and actor, Diljit Dosanjh paid a heartfelt tribute to his friends on his Born To Shine world tour. He dedicated the show to Sidhu Moose Wala, Deep Sidhu, and Sandeep Singh Sandhu.

“This show is dedicated to our brothers”! This is what the digital screen behind the Punjabi/Hindi singer and actor, Diljit Dosanjh read. The singer is currently on his Born To Shine World Tour that kicked off in Gurugram on April 9th, 2022. This was followed by his concert in Jalandhar. From June 19th to 25th 2022, he is performing in Canada, followed by the USA tour in July 2022.
He took the stage by storm in Vancouver, Canada on 21st June and dedicated the concert to the late Punjabi singer/actor Sidhu Moose Wala, who was shot dead while traveling in his car on 29th May 2022 in Jawaharke, Punjab.

Apart from dedicating his performance to Sidhu Moose Wala, he also paid a tribute to singer/actor Deep Sidhu and kabaddi player, Sandeep Singh Sandhu. Deep Sidhu was a Punjabi actor along with being a barrister and an activist. On 15 February 2022, he died in a road accident.

He shot to fame when he participated in the Farmers Protest. Sandeep Singh Sandhu was a Kabaddi player by profession. He was another personality who was shot dead by unknown assailants at a tournament in Jalandhar, Punjab on 14 March 2022.

The stage erupted with thundering applause and claps when Diljit sang for Moose Wala. While dedicating the show to all three of them, Diljit emphasized the importance of unity. He asked the Punjabi community to stick together instead of pulling each other down. He warned that considering the circumstance, there are many people against them and it is vital for them to support each other.
Towards the end of the shared video, we also see him singing his track Born To Shine from his album GOAT. Twitter praised Diljit’s honesty and praised him for this emotional gesture.

The impact of Sidhu Moose Wala’s death was felt throughout the world. Several public figures and international celebrities also mourned his death. The tribute paid by Diljit really touched our hearts.
