Overall, it was a maturely conducted National Film Awards. The event was organized in a very restrained manner, without any bias, without any discrimination, and without giving extra respect to anyone – which was the reflection of the basic soul of united India. In the words of Honorable Minister Thakur, “Our cinema is going from regional to national and international.” This event was proof of this.
