83 will make them realise I can act, and with 200 they know I can play a villain too, says Sahil Khattar

“The more you work in different mediums, the more experience you gain. But over the years I have realised that the digital appeals to me the most, which is why I'll never leave that space and will continue making content for my channels Khattarnaak and BeingIndian.

I also like doing the WWE series on TV, enjoyed hosting Dance India Dance and anchoring for cricket.

I also learnt a lot during my stint as a radio jockey with Red FM. While shooting for 83, I have also reliased the fun and learning that happens during filmmaking. So yes, I would like to do all of these throughout my life. If you can work in all the mediums, why restrict yourself?” he says.

Sahil considers every new project in his career as a new landmark. But if he has to choose then he feels that forming BeingIndian and then being part of 83 are the two big landmarks in his professional life so far.

“BeingIndian changed me both as a person and a content creator. It changed people's outlook towards me.

They started noticing my talent as an anchor, performer and also found me to be a funny guy.

83, on the other hand, will make people realise that I can act too. Now 200 is generating good response.” he adds.

Talking about who inspires him in his career, Sahil takes the name of actor Shah Rukh Khan, “Anybody who wants to do something on his own wants to look up to him because he's made it himself.

And the one guy who will surprise everybody is Farhan Akhtar. In Bollywood I look up to Farhan Akhtar a lot because he's multi-talented.

He's not just an actor or a director he's also a writer and singer. He's the be-all and end-all of everything. Actually, I am a fan of his humour.

I always tell a lot of my friends that if someday I look hopeless, I have told my friends to put up a tent outside Farhan Akhtar's house for me.

In Hollywood, I love Seth Rogan, Sasha Baron Cohen and Rickey Gervais. All these people are my inspiration,” he ends.

So how does he unwind after a hard day’s work? “I love playing FIFA and snooker on my playstation.

Chit chatting with friends and spending time with family also makes me happy. I also watch a lot of content and sports too,” he ends.
