Aahana Kumra Is All Praise For Co-Star Rajeev Khandelwal

An upcoming web series marks Aahana Kumra and Rajeev Khandelwal’s collaboration for the first time. The actors have become good friends and are all praise for each other. Praising Rajeev’s work ethic, Aahana says that she likes the fact that he reaches the set on time and immerses himself into his character immediately. She admires his professionalism and the fact that he is always punctual.

“He is very cooperative and creative. He comes on the sets with a lot of ideas and then bounces them off his co-stars. His calm demeanour is admirable. Even if things  go haywire around him, Rajeev is always  composed. I am trying to imbibe calmness from him. I am also learning from him how to keep my personal life private,” says Aahana.

The actress adds that Rajeev didn’t open up when they started shooting. But once they got comfortable, he spoke extensively about his debut film Aamir ( 2008 ), one of Aahana’s favourite performances of him. “He has done several impressive TV and film projects, but my favourite is Aamir. We spoke about the film and he told me how he landed the role and prepared for it. It's interesting to see how he doesn’t bind himself to one medium,” says the Lipstick under my Burkha ( 2017 ) actor.
