Aai Tu, Baba Mee, Honar Ga… Kuni Yenar Ga Song From Mumbai Pune Mumbai - 3, Will Set A New Trend

The audiences will be treated this year with another moment of joy when they listen to an unusual yet a melodious song from the Marathi movie  Mumbai Pune Mumbai – 3. On Laxmi Pooja Day, the producers of this film released its first song featuring the entire star cast along with the popular duo in lead role setting the mood of the film, depicts the third important stage in life of the young couple played by Swapnil Joshi and Mukta Barve. The song sung at the traditional Dohal Jevan ceremony, now called Baby Shower, is expected to become household track in the wake of film’s theatrical release on December 7.“Aai Tu, Baba Mee, Honar Ga, Kuni Yenar Ga” sung by Hrishikesh Ranade, Aanandi Joshi, Saee Tembhekar, Jaydeep Bagwadkar, Varsha Bhave, Yogita Godbole and Mandar Apte has an entirely different look with  music by Nilesh Moharir with lyrical words by Devyani Karve – Kothari and Pallavi Rajwade. Director Satish Rajwade says, “The Baby Shower has a long standing tradition not only in Maharashtra but all across the country. The song is in MPM3 and has been treated in entirely new format. The game depicted in the song is the one we Rajwade family members used play during our family functions. Following the ritual in a joint family with number of members gives it grandeur. The song will set a new trend .  The simplistic treatment and composition helps listener to remember it and start humming from the next moment”. The recently released teaser of the Everest Entertainment’s film has already received very good response from the Marathi film lovers.The history of success of two parts of Mumbai Pune Mumbai is all set to be repeated as producer Sanjay Chhabria and Associate-Producer Amit Bhanushali of ‘52 Friday Cinemas’, with director Satish Rajwade claim high production values of the film. Everest Entertainment has many hit Marathi films to its credit. Like Mee Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy, Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho, Hapus, Ideachi Kalpana, Tukaram, Aajach Divas Majha, Happy Journey, Coffee Ani Barech Kaahi, Time Please, Mumbai Pune Mumbai -2 and Baapjanma, Aamhi Doghi, Take Care Good Night etc.
