Aankh Micholi First Look Poster Out: Director Umesh Shukla, known for films like OMG and 102 Not Out, is back to rule the hearts of the audience once again. This time he will be seen directing the film Aankh Micholi in which actors like Mrunal Thakur, Abhimanyu, Paresh Rawal, Sharman Joshi, Divya Dutta, Abhishek Banerjee, Darshan Jariwala, Grusha Kapoor and Vijay Raaz are in the lead. Meanwhile, now the first look poster of the film Aankh Michauli has been released by the makers.

Let us tell you that on Monday, 18 September 2023, the team announced the release date and released the first look poster of the film. Set to release in theaters on October 27 this year, the unique poster features Abhimanyu sitting on a horse along with Mrunal Thakur, Paresh Rawal, Divya Dutta, Sharman Joshi and Abhishek Banerjee. The houses in the background are beautifully decorated and the good lighting shows that it is a wedding house. While sharing the poster on social media, Abhimanyu captioned the post, “Theatre is calling! The director who brought you 'Oh My God' and '102 Not Out' @umesh_shukla_official is back to steal your heart! Introducing the poster of 'Aankh Michauli' - a family entertainer that promises laugh-out-loud laughter"

Let us tell you that Aankh Micholi is written by Jitendra Parmar and produced by Sony Pictures International Productions, Merry Go Round Studio of Umesh Shukla and Ashish Wagh. The story of the film is woven around an Indian wedding, showcasing the intricacies of two mismatched families and their madness, which promises to take the audience on a joyous journey of laughter, drama and emotions. Talking about the film, ace director Umesh Shukla shared, “We have given our heart and soul to this film and the fact that we are seeing it coming to the theaters is a great achievement for any filmmaker. Mrinal Thakur's Workfront

If we talk about the work front, Mrunal Thakur was last seen in Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti's Made in Heaven Season 2. Apart from Aankh Micholi, Mrunal will start shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's future project in early 2024. Siddhant Chaturvedi will be seen opposite the actress.

Abhimanyu, on the other hand, has a new film in the pipeline, which was announced by Lionsgate India Studios in November 2022. The film stars Shreya Dhanwantri in the lead role along with Amol Parashar. The film is directed by Santosh Singh and produced by Ellipsis Entertainment.
