Story revolves around 4 characters, where Karan and his 2 more friends meet a girl named Ria who is their principal's daughter.

All 4 become friends and name their gang as R4, in the very next moment all three boys and girls are seen planning to kidnap.

What happens next is a comedy as Riya tells the trio to kidnap him falsely so that they can teach their father a lesson but she actually gets kidnapped.

The kidnappers demand a ransom of Rs 10 lakh from all three of them which leaves them into tension.
