Actress Kritika Kamra excited to work on Karan Johar and Guneet Monga Kapoor's project

Kritika Kamra, famous for her brilliant acting, is ready to rock the screen once again with her upcoming project "Gyarah Gyarah". Supported by the creative talent of Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, this project will be a hair-raising thriller.

Kritika Kamra has recently won praise for her role as Habiba in the successful series "Bombay Meri Jaan". Her character Habiba showed a new side to Kritika on screen as a female gangster. Expressing her excitement about associating with iconic producers Karan Johar and Guneet Monga, Kritika Kamra said, “I am thrilled to be a part of 'gyarah gyarah' a project that brings together the incredible vision of Karan Johar and Guneet Monga. It's an absolute honor to work with such great people in the industry, and I'm really looking forward to it. It is definitely a great achievement to work with producers who do such unique stories.”

In an exclusive interview, Kritika Kamra talks about her journey in Bollywood and Indian television and mentions that her interest in acting happened by chance, and she is grateful that it happened. She has played several leading roles in Indian television, including Aarohi in Kitni Mohabbat Hai, Doctor Nidhi in  Kuch To Log Kahenge, Ananya in Reporters, and Chandrakanta in Prem Ya Paheli. She made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film Mitron. Recently, Kritika also made her presence felt in the film 'Bheed'.

When Kritika Kamra was asked about her schooling, she revealed in an interview that she was studying at NIFT in Delhi when she came to know about the ongoing auditions. She auditioned and was selected for this role. She did her early schooling at Anand Primary School, Sukhpur, where her father is a doctor, and her mother is a nutritionist and educationist at Shri Anandpur Trust Charitable Hospital, Ashoknagar. She studied for some time at Tara Sadan Senior Secondary School, Ashoknagar, M.P. She completed her middle school from St. Joseph Senior Secondary School, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, (the author of this article also studied in the same school) and then did her secondary and higher secondary studies from Delhi Public School, New Delhi.

In conversation with Kritika, Kamra, she also talked about her role in Amazon Prime Video's political thriller Tandav in which she plays Sana Mir, a Kashmiri student studying in Delhi. She mentioned that she took inspiration from her college days in Delhi to prepare for the role. She also talked about the prejudices she faced after moving from TV to films and her confidence about her future prospects.
