After M S Dhoni & Kesari, Sandeep Nahar Does Not Want To Play The Role Of A Sikh Anymore

Sandeep Nahar, who has been seen in shows such as Diya Aur Baati Hu, Crime Patrol as well as films such as MS Dhoni and Kesari, says that he doesn’t want to play the role of a Sikh anymore. “My dream role is negative But I want to do challenging roles not be typecast in the role of a Sardarji,” he says. Ask him what is the difference between working on TV and in films, and he says, “It is very different. When you do films, people have different perceptions about you, they think big of you.”  The actor says the web has given TV some serious competition. “I want to do TV if I get good roles, such as the lead or the second lead. The main problem with TV nowadays is that the web is giving it good competition and the TRPs are not that good so many shows have been shut down,” he says.
