This year has been full of joy for Bollywood. This is a year of happiness, which has returned after many years. It's time for celebration. Ramleela of stars, Navratri- Dandiya, Dussehra, Durga Puja- Sindoor Khela, Chhath Puja... Diwali! All of them are festivals that give happiness like a series! From the film market point of view, the film 'Pathan' achieved great success at the beginning of the year. The success of 'Gadar 2' did not stop in the first quarter. Even before the end of the year came, 'Jawan' spread the bells of its victory and everyone started chanting - Jai ho Bollywood! Amidst this noise, films like 'OMG 2' have also quietly been making money for the producers. While 'RRR' has hoisted the flag of the country by winning the Academy Award, a few days before Dussehra, it has successfully (after two years) hoisted the flag of the 69th National Award in the country. The box office collection after the reduced ticket rates on "Cinema Day" shows that the audience has returned to the cinema houses. In such a situation, it would not be an exaggeration if this year's Dussehra 2023 is called the 'Victory Festival of Bollywood'.
It is the month of October, it is the day of birthday greetings for the stars. There is a long list of stars being born in this month. More than three dozen film and TV actors were born in this month. That means- every day someone's birthday celebration starts. We have written only a few of these names - Amitabh Bachchan, Rekha, Rakul Preet Singh, Raveena Tandon, Hema Malini, Ronit Roy, Aditi Rao Hydari, Krutika Kamra, Simi Garewal, Renuka Sahane, Sharad Kelkar, Asawari Joshi, Shikha Talsania, Anuradha Paudwal, Sunny Singh, Sayani Gupta, Ashwani Iyer Tiwari, Pooja Batra, Pooja Hegde, Kunal Kapoor, Karan Kundra, Sara Ali Khan, Chandra Chud Singh, Arjun Bijlani, Gauri Khan, Sweta Tiwari, Aman Verma, Parmeet Sethi, Manasvi Mamgai And Sunny Deol...etc stars are born in October. It is natural to have noisy celebrations in all their homes and hotel parties.
Nitesh Tiwari's film 'Ramayana' will definitely be discussed among the new films that the audience will hear in the coming days. Even before the start of the film, the debate started on the names of Ram (Ranbir Kapoor), Sita (Alia Bhatt vs Sai Pallavi), and Ravana (Canadian star Yash vs Hrithik Roshan). It is also being said that the film is being discussed in Ayodhya. It will continue to make headlines by being connected to the huge, grand temple of Lord Ram being built.
It is said that during the Ram-Ravana war, Lord Ram had attained siddhis by praying to the new forms of Goddess Durga for nine days and then he burnt Ravana. To commemorate this, people happily perform the Garba (Garba) dance on the new days of Navratri. Needless to say, most songs from Bollywood films are played in this Garba dance. These songs are - 'Dholi Taro', 'Nagada Sang Dhol Bajayo', 'Ore Gori', 'Sabse Bada Tera Naam', 'Radha Kaise Na Jale', etc. which bring color to children, young and old.
In a few days, there is Diwali and Chhath Puja, and then Christmas and New Year celebrations will come. That means the past and coming days of the year 2023 are a happy time for Bollywood people. In such a situation, if only one or two more films had become a hit and created a stir of success, then Bollywood would have become better. We hope the same with Dussehra greetings.
