After Watching Horror Movies, I Get Sound Sleep : Nazia Hussain

Vivacious actress Nazia Hussain (actor Sanjay Dutt’s niece) will soon be seen in this musical glam-horror suspense movie ‘Mushkil—Fear is Behind You’ directed by Rajiv S. Ruia. The movie (releasing on Aug 9^th) produced by Ravinder Jeet Dariya has an ensemble cast comprising  Rajniesh Duggall, Kunaal Roy Kapur  and a bevy of glam-girls comprising Nazia Hussain, Pooja Bisht, Shafaq Naaz and Archana Shastry . Initially when she started off, the outspoken Nazia had to contend with the confusion pertaining to her name which was uncannily similar to ‘late’ Nazia Hassan-the  pop-sensation of  the 80’s. Laughs Nazia,  “By now, almost everyone has figured out that my surname is Hussain and not Hassan. Previously even Google had previously goofed up once in considering me dead”  The exuberant actress who was seen in Bollywood movies  such as ‘Yeh Jo Mohabbat Hai’, and   ‘ ‘Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle’ seems enamoured with the scare-fare genre. . ‘This role of a zinda-dil girl in ‘Mushkil’ , who is on a foreign trip in Greece with her three female friends came to me as a blessing. That’s because I am a huge horror-movies junkie off-screen. One of my top favorites is ‘The Omen’. Even If I watch scare-fare at night I get sound sleep,” chuckles Nazia who is paired opposite Kunal Roy Kapoor ( plays a tour-operator guide) in the movie . “ The film and the songs has been lavishly shot on awesome European locales especially in Greece,” gushes the shapely Hussain  Interestingly, Rajneish ( of ‘1920’ and ‘Saansein’ fame) plays a  ‘ghost-rider’ who also has taantrik-gyaan and extra-special powers. “Actually my role was not all that difficult to play, but the extreme freezing temperatures that we shot in while in Europe was the ‘most mushkil’ part of  the film for all of us,” insists Nazia who is now signed for Deepak Tijori’s next film ‘Tipsy’ and an upcoming Punjabi regional film ‘Kiraayedaar’.
