AJAY DEVGN BEATS AAMIR KHAN AT BOX OFFICE

Over the years, Aamir Khan has been the undisputed king of the box office. With his movies out-lashing every film over the year and almost every year. But this time, Ajay Devgn's Golmaal Again which is inching towards the 200 crore mark has beaten Aamir Khan's PK in the Gujarat- Saurashtra belt as Ajay’s film has crossed Rs 35 crore mark in the Gujarat- Saurashtra belt, thereby beating the previous record holder PK (Rs 33 crore) by Rs two crores already! Ajay’s won this round for sure.

It's not that Golmaal Again could reach the overall collection of PK anyhow but beating Aamir Khan in any segment or round is a huge deal and the makers of the Golmaal Again have pulled it off really nicely. This year seems to be the year of the comedy, as movies like Judwaa 2 and Golmaal Again have ruled the box office collection as compared to the other movies released this year.
