AJAY DEVGN'S RAID TRAILER REVIEW

One of the favourites of the masses, Ajay Devgn is back with his ex co-star, Ileana D’cruz post their hit jodi in Baadshaho with their next, 'Raid'. The trailer of the film is out and we cannot wait for the film to release already!

Raid is said to be based on real-life events involving one of the most high-profile income tax raids the country has ever known. The film is set in Uttar Pradesh during 1980s, which is why you see that Nawabi architecture of Lucknow in the background. Ajay’s character name is Amay Patnaik, who is the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Lucknow. As the tagline of the film suggests, 'Heroes don't always come in uniform' is true as Ajay Devgn is the hero without uniform who is up and against the odds.

The trailer promises massyy- seeti maar dialogues with pinch of humour with Saurabh Shukla being there in the cast. Ileana looks promising in her role as she has donned a new avatar which is totally suiting her and her personality. What was good in the trailer is that Ileana had a good screen space and time even in the trailer. So, we expect that she would have a good amount of role in the movie as well.

The background score keeps you entertained throughout and editing of the trailer is to the point. So, full marks here for the production team but what stood out in the trailer is undoubtedly the protagonist, Ajay Devgn who is back to his intense avatar as he looks promising in this one.
