The trailer of Akshay Kumar's upcoming film 'Raksha Bandhan' was released yesterday which is getting a very good response. The film is based on the precious relationship of brother and sister and will be released in theaters on August 11.

What did Akshay say on clash?

At the trailer launch event of Raksha Bandhan, Akshay Kumar was asked about his film 'Raksha Bandhan' clashing with Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'Lal Singh Chaddha', to which he replied "It is not a clash, but two good films are coming together. A lot of films could not be released because of Covid and some films are still waiting to get their release date. Due to which many films will be released simultaneously."

He added, “I will not say that we are fighting amongst ourselves, we are trying to take our film to the people. I hope both the films do well at the box office." Let us tell you that this film of Akshay has been shot in Delhi and especially in Old Delhi.

Film "Raksha Bandhan" will give tough competition to "Lal Singh Chaddha"

The trailer of 'Akshay Kumar' and 'Bhumi Pednekar' starrer film 'Raksha Bandhan' is a tremendous family drama film that has the power to make the audience emotional. In the trailer shown, Akshay Kumar has played the character of a brother who is not getting married till the marriage of his sisters. Whereas 'Aamir Khan' and 'Kareena Kapoor Khan' starrer 'Lal Singh Chaddha' is the official Hindi remake of Oscar-winning Hollywood film 'Forrest Gump'.

Actress Bhumi Pednekar will also be seen in the lead role along with Akshay Kumar in the film Raksha Bandhan, this film is helmed by Aanand L Rai. This will be the second film of Akshay and Bhumi in which they are sharing the screen together.
