ALIA BHATT'S SPY THRILLER HITS CENTURY, EARNS RS 102.50 CRORE

Based on Harinder Sikka's novel, Raazi is a spy thriller film which is directed by Meghna Gulzar. The movie features Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Jaideep Ahlawat, Rajit Kapur and Soni Razdan. Raazi was released on May 11, 2018 and now after complete 17 days, the movie is now in the list of 100-crore club at the box-office. The movie is produced by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions.

After 2 States and Badrinath Ki Dulhania, this is yet another film that has entered the 100 crore club. Talking about the collection of Raazi, the film earned Rs. 4.42 crore on Sunday, taking the total collection in India to Rs. 102.50 crore.

Trade Analyst Taran adarsh took to his official twitter handle and tweeted, "#Raazi is the second heroine-centric film to cross ₹ 100 cr mark, after #TanuWedsManuReturns... However, #TWMR was a franchise, so it had a huge advantage... #Raazi is the first one to achieve the milestone without the tag of a franchise or commercial trappings... India biz."
