AMIKA SHAIL BECOMES A PART OF NAAGIN 5

It is time for fans to be merry, as the next season of the Naagin franchise is about to go on air soon. Naagin 4 has just ended and this left many fans and viewers disappointed. However, with the new season coming in – they are elated. Singer turned actress Amika Shail who has been a part of daily soaps like Divya Drishti, Udaan, etc and currently essaying the character of ‘Vayu Pari’ in ‘Balveer returns’ is going to be a part of Naagin 5. Amika plays a significant and positive role in the show.

Talking about how she landed the role, Amika says, “I was auditioning for a different character for ‘Naagin 5’. I had got a request from the casting director and since it is such a popular franchise from an acclaimed production house, I always wanted to give it a try. I gave my audition and to my surprise, the show’s creative director was the same as my previous show, ‘Divya Drishti’. I was delighted when the casting director confirmed me for ‘Naagin 5’.”“I don’t know much about the new character except that I play sister to the male lead of the show. I believe it is an exciting space to be in, as I will get to share the screen with the lead actors of the show. I am excited about being part of this show,” said an exuberant Amika as she signed off.Amika will soon also be seen in the movie Laxmmi Bomb co-starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani.
