Amit Trivedi & Harshdeep Kaur, to swing Gurugram

The Big Bash of Folkverse is right around the corner and we cannot keep calm! Extremely excited to introduce the first sneak peek into India’s Biggest Cultural Folk Experience. The Country’s most prominent cultural festival, Bhutani India Folk Project is all set to take place at Leisure Valley Ground in Sector 29, Gurugram on March 4th and 5th. The mega festival will showcase ace artists like Amit Trivedi, Harshdeep Kaur, Mame Khan, Taufiq Qureshi, Faridkot and Amar Jalal.

Thrilled about the India Folk Project event, Amit Trivedi says, ”It’s always magical to perform in the crowd of Gurugram; the vibrancy is contagious. We can’t deny the power of good folk music that we all have been vibing on since childhood. It unites us all together and keeps us connected to our motherland.”

“It will be my absolute pleasure to make you experience a fragment of this Folkverse with a modern twist,” Amit adds.

Now is the time to align yourself with the soulful notes of cultural and folk numbers. The event will also include a special performance by the famous folk band Kabir Cafe. The thoughtful motive is to bring together the finest artists of the music industry from across the country to promote cultural diversity and harmony among the audience through music and cultural performances. In addition to this, there will also be an exhibition and cultural masterclasses on Puppetry, Pottery, Kashmiri Art, Lac Bangles, etc, by expert artists from around the country in order to encourage and resurrect these lost and forgotten cultural handicraft art forms.

The event promises end-to-end entertainment, adding to the same acclaimed singer Harsheep Kaur saying, “It’s always wonderful to perform in Gurugram with the best crowd, in the loveliest vibes. The audience totally loves Punjabi folk music and I’m ready to rock with my amazing band with a specially curated song list”.

This event will allow the lost traditional arts restricted to only a small demography to reach and mark their place throughout the country. If you’re looking for a truly unique and memorable experience, make sure to attend the mega event showcasing the best artists from around India. You won’t regret it!
