Amitabh Bachchan Performs At ‘26/11 – Stories Of Strength’ Memorial Event

28^th November 2019, Mumbai: On the 11^th anniversary of 26/11 attacks, veteran actor, Amitabh Bachchan paid tribute to the martyrs and victims of 26/11, by reciting a special poem. A few lines from the poem read-

 The grand finale of the event was an enthralling performance by superstar Amitabh Bachchan backed by the Shiamak Davar Dance Company. The performance by Bachchan received a standing ovation from the two thousand plus audience.

Among those who performed at the memorial event were The Maharashtra Police Pipe Band, The Indian Navy band, Kavita Krishnamurthy, L Subramaniam, Rekha Bharadwaj, renowned conductor of Symphony Orchestra of India Zane Dalal, singer Harshdeep Kaur,  Mahesh Kale, Shilpa Rao, Divya Kumar and Shiamak Davar Dance Company.

The event was attended by Union Ministers, Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari. Adding star power to the event were Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Anu Malik. BJP MLA Ashish Shelar, BJP spokesperson Shaina NC, author Shobhaa De, amongst others.
