AMITABH BACHCHAN-RISHI KAPOOR TO RECORD A SONG TOGETHER

The makers of the film 102 Not Out, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, have added another exciting flavour to their upcoming project. For the comedy-drama, the actor-duo will sing together for the first time. While Amitabh Bachchan has recorded several songs for his films earlier, this will be the first time that Rishi Kapoor will sing too.

According to an entertainment portal, the idea of both the actors singing together for the film came when Rishi Kapoor and director of the film Umesh Shukla visited composer duo Salim and Sulaiman's Juhu studio. Apparently Kapoor heard two songs that had already been recorded for the film. And there they came up with the idea of the two actors jamming for a fun song, but have yet to decide where to place it. The final call will be taken once Mr Bachchan is back from Maldives where he is bringing in his 75th birthday.

For "102 Not Out"  both the actors will unite after a long period of 26 years and the song makes it all the more exciting. The film revolves around a 102-year-old father (Amitabh Bachchan) and his 72-year-old son (Rishi Kapoor) based on a running Gujrati play of the same name written by Saumya Joshi. The film is being directed by Umesh Shukla.
