Amol Parashar starts shooting for Alankrita Shrivastava's Dolly Kitty Aur Voh Chamakte Sitare

Riding high on the success of his latest web series, Home, Amol Parashar has an interesting line up of projects. While he has already started shooting for the second season of Tripling - the popular digital show with which he shot to fame, the talented and versatile actor has been roped in for yet another interesting project, Dolly Kitty Aur Voh Chamakte Sitare, a film produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Alankrita Shrivastava.

Also featuring Bhumi Pednekar, the movie will see Amol acting opposite veteran actress Konkona Sen Sharma.A source says, “Amol has had a fantastic run with all his digital shows and proved his acting prowess through a wide variety of characters. The makers felt that the pairing of Amol and Konkona will be a very fresh and interesting one. He is quite excited to be part of Dolly Kitty Aur Voh Chamakte Sitare and has already started shooting for the movie.”

The young digital star is not new to the big screen having already been part of acclaimed films like ‘Traffic’ but we are eagerly looking forward to this new beginning.
