Jhalak Dikhla Jaa is one of the most popular dance reality series on television.

The show has featured several celebrities as participants. They are assigned a choreographer to perform with, and according on the judge's and audience votes, they either continue their journey or are eliminated.

There have been nine successful seasons of the show. The most recent was a telecast from 2016 to 2017, after which the producers opted to cancel the show due to low TRPs.

Dance Deewane took its place, however the channel has chosen to bring back the dance reality show.

The show premiered on September 3rd and was well appreciated by the crowd. They gave it a boost!
