Every achiever spoke on the role and importance of women in society and encouraged fellow women to be leaders and compete in equal strength in all occupations, they should be leaders and not be recognized as women leaders that's what will change the perception that the world today has about women. IAWA’s motto is to motivate these women by giving them recognition and building confidence and acknowledging their hardships.

Saraswati Bai Dadasaheb Phalke was a strong woman who was a multitasker and empowered herself by helping her husband Dadasaheb Phalke to be the pioneer in filmmaking. IAWA pays tribute to her by awarding strong achievers worldwide.
