Question – Bollywood’s iconic film Gadar 2 and after so many years have returned with Gadar 2.

Answer – Thank you very much today as you all have given advance response to Gadar 2 and people are in the fog that advance response has broken the response, so this film has been made by you people, you have broken records, so Gadar aapke dil I know the emotion of As much love as you guys are giving in advance, give as much love after the release as well.

Question – Sir, I would like to go to 2001 where 8-8 shows used to be held in theaters in a day.

Answer – People are eating food outside the theatre, then after that they used to watch shows of 3-6 and then used to enter shows of 6-9, it so happened that at that time people used to watch shows one after the other. I still see something similar.

Question – You thought you would return with a similar script, and tell some story about it?

Answer – I always had the desire to make Gadar 2 and there was a complete public demand, then I also wanted, Zee also wanted but could not find the story, and more than 100 stories came, I could not understand why Tara Pakistan Why would he go and without going to Pakistan the story cannot be made, just like that he thought that he has grown up while alive. We thought that it could be a story of Jeete, then the story of father and son came and it became a story again.

Question – You are such a good director, so how was your experience while directing this film?

Answer – It was a great experience that all the actors were my own, I have a very good relationship with Sunny sir and Utkarsh is my son and the story was of father and son, so we played as much as we could on both. Even our cameramen were old, the writers were old and many people were old, so the time of direction was very comfortable. Look, I was alone, but people kept joining and success kept on being achieved.

Question – Gadar 2, how is this film going to entertain?

Answer – What is Gadar 2 like a 20-20 match isn’t it, if I call Gadar 1 it is a classical Test match and it is a classical World Cup. Lots of fun is about to come.

Question – Sir, talk about the period when you made Gadar, more films came but the way films were made earlier, but now it is not the same thing that used to happen in earlier films.

Answer – Its reason is that somewhere our thinking has remained limited to one place, while our film should go to every corner of India. The new people who are coming are very talented but their problem is that they have not seen the world. He has seen abroad and seen Mumbai and is making films while living there, so that’s why we are not able to connect that much.

 Question – Is any recent favorite film of yours which has impressed you?

Answer – I liked Bahubali very much, and I liked Pushpa very much, so these are all the films that I liked.

Question – Nowadays more people are going towards the South than Bollywood.

Answer – Because South India is making a film on the sand which used to be made here. India’s soil is there inside the South, now India’s sand is not here, and those depths are no more.

Question – Sir, do you have nervousness or excitement about the film?

Answer – I am very excited because Ek khwab hai duniya bahut pyaar degi, response degi and the way I have got a response in advance, yesterday I booked my show, it was full till Monday in Delhi and I fell down after taking a shock. That this used to happen in earlier times. Seeing this I am not able to sleep because this is one thing that is the dream of the public, Gadar 2 is a dream which the public has seen and I am fulfilling it, now I want to pass this test correctly. I will present whatever the public wants, then I will be relaxed.

Question – If this film made records in 2001, will this film Gadar 2 bring Bollywood back to where it was before?

Answer – Yes, of course, people will remember the same era when they watch the film. I do not speak Bollywood, I speak Hindi film industry, it is Hindi film industry, it should come back again, maybe it should come back from Gadar 2 itself.

Question – What did you feel when you saw your son Utkarsh in the role of Jeete?

Answer – He had shown his true colors in his childhood when he used to work with Sunny sir in Gadar, he did well in the future as well. The public has liked Utkarsh.

Question – You have an old relationship with Mayapuri, some memories with Mayapuri?

Answer – I have many memories attached to Mayapuri, I have thousands of memories with Bajaj Sahib and his father when Johar Sahib used to write here. Mayapuri is my home’s newspaper, my home’s journalist and not from today I have had a relationship with it for 40 years when it started when I was in Mathura. I came to Mumbai only after studying Mayapuri, that’s why I love Mayapuri very much.
