Apara Mehta who was seen in Jamai Raja will now be seen as Guajarati character Alpa as Hethal's mother in Sanjay and Benifer Kohli's  Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai. Binaifer Kohli says, “Apara is a dear friend and we have been wanting to cast her from a long time. A seasoned artist always adds value to the show". Apara is best remembered for her role in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. It is always good to see veterans around. Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai is one show which is keeping the audiences glued with its subtle humor and simplicity of the story.  The Producer duo Sanjay and Benifer know the pulse of the audiences and each and every character is suiting the role perfectly.
