APART FROM 30 EX-EMPLOYEES NOW VFX TEAM OF AMAVAS ALSO SAY THAT SACHIIN JOSHII IS YET TO PAY THEM, RETORTS SACHIIN’S FORMER PR GIRL TASKEEN NAIK

30 ex-employees of Sachiin Joshi’s Viiking Ventures have raised their voices about unpaid salaries to the tune of around 30 Lakhs in total. It’s important to note, that there are many more who haven’t spoken about their unpaid salaries yet. Interestingly, team of VFX has raised the same issue, the entire team of 27 people who worked during the Amavas movie has been unpaid. They have appointed to work for Sachiin Joshi’s Amavas movie. We agree he might be paying 1000 of employees as soon as stories going out ex-employees are reaching out. Even present employees who continued to work with the company have been cleared till December 2019. Sachiin Joshii can do all charity he wants but he should first clear the dues of all the employees. We are demanding our hard earned money in this crucial phase when we need it the most.”

Talking about this Swapnil Andraskar from VFX team “We spent days and nights to complete the Amavas VFX but we haven’t been paid. They shared the salary slip and mentioned tax deductions as well but the amount has not been credited to my account. Also they have asked us to put down our papers.Dushyant Singh says,” I worked for the VFX Amavas team and never got my salary on time from very first month. I have been facing issues of the salary, and suddenly after completion of work we have been asked to put down our papers. I am still waiting for my pending dues”

Former Marketing manager Krishna says, “Firstly, he is just saying everything without any facts. If he was having something against us then why did he never mention it to us when we were working with the company? We all got the relieving letters without an issue and we were never informed by the HR that we are being investigated. Only after our continuous failed attempts to get our dues from the company, having no option left but to approach the media, he has now come up with this new story.

Secondly, if he is so financially capable then why was giving salary always an issue in Viiking Ventures? Company had always emailed us that there were fund issues due to which we are not getting the payment. If he thinks he had fund for us why did he send an email requesting all of us to give him time during our tenure in Viiking? We are common people belonging to a middle class family and do not crave for fame. We work hard, earn money and feed our family. We are suffering because our hard earned money is being sabotaged. We are equally hit by the pandemic as any other person, yet we are being harassed like this. First, let him TAKE CARE OF HIS EMPLOYEES and then he can take care of others. This donation is simply A SHOW-OFF!

Now that we know his side of the story, can we please listen to the other side of the story – THE STORIES OF ‘DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES’. It's been a year now we are fighting against this. It has become a joke. This is a classic textbook example of how THE RICH AND POWERFUL USE THEIR RESOURCES AND INFLUENCE ARMTWIST THE LESS PRIVILEGED. We are now around 30 people but there are many who have already backed off because of this very reason.

Did the bosses or HR of Think Tank ever reply to our messages/mails where we enquired about our salaries? He should STOP GIVING LAME EXCUSES!, thunders Aditya Naik ex- copy writer. A former ex- employee of Viiking says, “We have never been informed of any investigation. So why should the innocent ex-employees suffer for more than a year? It’s important to think about this- Why is Sachiin Joshi always in limelight for scandals? How come every time whenever an issue involving him comes to light, it is always him who claims to be the innocent person and the opposite person whether a ‘celeb’ ‘businessman’ or now ‘common man’ is the one who is a fraud or the villain? ”

Does an investigation take a year’s duration? There are many questions which have been left answered by the Viiking team and Sachiin Joshi. The ex- employees are firm on their stand that “We are just trying to get justice and our hard earn money from Viiking Ventures Group. It has nothing to do with the Covid-19 donation. All we can say is “CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME.” We don’t expect you to donate us your money, we only expect you to clear our dues”.
