Archana- When I went to Delhi to congratulate Kharge ji on 33% women's reservation, I was attacked there, my father was also attacked, I and my father have still not been able to come out of that shock. I had earlier told the media that I would wait for two to three days for a response from the party, but nothing happened. So now I have decided that I should take action against it because this has not only happened wrong to me, it has happened wrong to every daughter of the country who wants to move forward, and fight for her rights. Is. Because of this, I have taken legal action, it has been two days since we sent the legal notice. Now I will not sit silent, if I have not done any wrong then I will not tolerate any wrong either. Whoever has done this should be found out. I also hope that the present government and my party Congress will find out the person who has done this. I have also sent a notice to the Prime Minister of the country, the Home Minister of India, the Information and Broadcasting Minister, National Scheduled Caste Commission for my safety. Because I feel that the people who had openly attacked me if I lodge an FIR then I don't know what they will do to me, my request to the Maharashtra government, Delhi government and the present government is to provide me security so that I can get justice. How can I file an FIR against those who attacked me?

I am unable to understand that I have been expelled from the party after I was attacked. In fact, the letter that you are seeing on social media is fake, in which the signature is of Shyam Kishore Shukla ji, he is a former M.L.A and a member of the disciplinary committee. The first rule is that no former M.L.A. can expel anyone, if anyone can expel me it would be the District President. The second thing is that they have suspended me by inserting an old date, they have spread all these false rumors, and I will bring all this in front of the entire country. Since I have not received anything of any kind, my lawyer will Question him further.

Question- Did you receive any call from Priyanka Gandhi or Congress, and we also came to know that Priyanka Ji has blocked your number, is this true?

Archana- I had Didi's (Priyanka Gandhi) personal number, but to tell the truth, I had Didi's number due to which I was blocked, but I think it was not done by Didi but by Sandeep Singh. Because that number is currently being used by Sandeep, I had requested that Didi please take action on this matter and then I was blocked, I felt hurt by this.

Question- Archana, when you were suspended from the party, a notice was sent to you a week before, and you were called to meet there but you did not go. The reason given for suspending you is that during the election campaigning, you did not clear the bills of many vehicles, so are all these things true?

Archana- First of all, I want to tell you that the notice for this kind of thing came a week before but I did not get any notice, and I did not get any notice on mail, WhatsApp, or anything. As I have already told an old date has been inserted in the letter, and only the State President has the right to suspend me. At that time the state president was someone else and this letter was not passed under him.

The second Question was about money, I will tell it to my lawyer, and when my bank statement comes, I will know who has taken my money. Some people had come from Rajasthan, they had said you give me the money and we will manage your entire election, after getting my bank statement it was known that they were making false allegations against me. I have not made the payment for the car that they are saying, even today I have the receipt for it and can show it. In the receipt book that is prepared at the time of elections, it is written that I have made the payment, now whatever answer will be given will be given by my lawyer only.

Question- If you have complained in legal terms, can you tell on which terms you have complained?

Lawyer - First of all, a complaint has been filed on behalf of Archana to Delhi Police in which the incident that happened to her on 29th September has been described. This complaint has been sent to everyone from the Prime Minister of India to the officials of Delhi. Whatever happened to them, they have not yet got justice for it. Because this incident happened in Delhi, this entire complaint has been written to Delhi Police. It is also mentioned in this that till now no action has been taken against the accused. It has been 2 days since we wrote this complaint, we wrote this complaint on 9th October.

Archana has also received threats here in Mumbai where she lives, so how will she go to Delhi to record her statement, secondly how will she get an FIR lodged, because right now her life may be in danger. Therefore, today we have written a complaint to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, the Prime Minister of the country, and also the Commissioner of Maharashtra, that if our client Archana has to travel to Delhi, then please give us police protection, this is called transit security. She should be given police protection from here till she goes to Delhi and her statement should be recorded there because this is not a common complaint, this is a very big thing that she has given in the statement, for this very thing we have demanded complete security for Archana. Question- What request have you made to Mumbai Police?

Lawyer - We have written to everyone from Mumbai Police to Police Commissioner who has power and also to the Maharashtra Government. We have filed a complaint against whoever attacked our client in Delhi Police, and have made a special request that Security should be provided from here to Delhi.

Question- 33% of women have got the reservation, and you had gone to congratulate them, what would have happened if they attacked you?

Archana- You will get to see it on CCTV, there are four CCTV cameras installed outside the Congress Party House, and when I file an FIR, the police will also get that footage. Those people who are accusing me that I behaved very wrongly, then they and the whole world will come to know the truth. My driver had a bouquet in his hand, and I had just gone to congratulate him. I had called Dheeraj Gujjar a day before i.e. on the 28th at 10 pm and told him that I would be coming the next day at 12 pm to congratulate him. I have proof of that too. When I told Dheeraj Gujjar, he told Sandeep Singh, and this entire plan was made a day before. And let me tell you that I also have the picture, all the buses that came from Lucknow and Bareilly were full of women who came to attack me. When the police action starts, you will come to know that they had planned to kill me but their plan failed.

Question- You had said that you would talk to Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi but you have been blocked from there.

Archana - It is not his phone, because I cannot comment on it right now, but I am sure that his phone is in the hands of his P.A. so that Didi and Rahul Gandhi ji do not come to know about this.

Question: This issue has already come up on social media, so they too must have seen it somewhere, so what is the reason for not contacting you directly?

Archana- There are some people of Congress, whom I would tell that they are spoiling the system of Congress, they have put out a broadcast message in which wrong things have been said about me. So it is also possible that Rahul Gandhi ji and Priyanka Gandhi ji may have been wrongly told about me through Sandeep Singh. This is probably why they are not taking this thing seriously, and this is why I took the help of the legal team so that everyone knows that the Dalit girl for whom you think well, is the same Dalit girl as Sandeep Singh. People do this. That is why I have taken the help of a lawyer and documents, because Baba Saheb Ambedkar had said one thing “Constitution” and all the laws have been made in the Constitution, and today I have taken the help of the same. Now I have to see whether I will get justice or not.

All I have to say is that today I am alive so I am fighting for myself, if I had died tomorrow then everyone would have started doing their own politics over the 'public murder of a Dalit girl'. So my only Question to those big leaders is that I am alive today, so why is no one saying anything today? I would also like to ask this Question to Kharge ji and Rahul Gandhi ji, do you not see that something wrong has happened to me? Find out the truth once.

Today I just want to see whether the surviving girl with whom all this happened gets justice or not.

Question- There has been no comment from the opposition on this, so have you tried to contact anyone?

Archana- Ever since I came back from Delhi, I have not left the house, on top of that I have been suspended, the whole blame has come on me. Then I thought Archana, if you get scared then what will happen to the daughters of this country, after I called my lawyer Sohail ji and Chandni ji said Archana, you do not have to sit silent, you should take some action against her. It will happen. Now I have made up my mind that I will fight my battle, and I will prove that I am right and that all the allegations leveled against me are wrong.

Question- Chandni ji, how difficult was it for you as a family friend to mentally support Archana at this time?

Chandni- I have told you earlier also that when I spoke to Archana on the phone on the 29th, she was very nervous, and somehow she reached Mumbai. But when I met her, she was completely scared and as we all know that she is a very bold girl, she always puts forth her views in front of everyone. But when I met Archana that day, she was a very frightened girl with whom so much had happened, the surprising thing is that the women of the country attacked her, the same party did all this to her with whom Archana had worked. The party had brought a Dalit girl and made her the face of the Dalit people so that Dalit girls can move forward in the future and this is their full right. Whatever happened, it was a very disgusting conspiracy. Two days later, I talked to his father, he was equally scared. He said that he felt as if his breathing had stopped for some time when he was on the ground, as you can see in the viral video. He said that when he woke up, I did not even know that I was Is the daughter alive or dead? Coming out of an incident and being mentally prepared, because when something like this happens to you, you suffer more mental trauma. I and my family decided that we would support Archana in getting justice. A woman has to play with a woman. Today there is Archana, whose name is known by people, but if today there was a common woman in her place then where would she go? When we held the first press conference, Archana was aware that if there is a woman in the Congress, then as a woman Priyanka Gandhi will listen, and Rahul Gandhi will listen, on this basis we held the last press conference. When we waited for two days, there was suspension and that false letter went viral, which was later deleted.

Along with Archana, the female media reporter in Delhi was also pushed, and the link of the first news that came on India News was deleted within a few seconds. After all this, we decided that we would now meet the lawyer because those from whom Archana had expectations did not do anything. So now we will fight legally. I would also like to thank Sohail Ji who supported me like a family. Right now we cannot bring Archana's father in front of you because he is still not well, and Archana's focus right now is family, she does not want whatever happened to happen again.

I request with folded hands the Prime Minister of the country, the President, the Chief Ministers of Delhi and Mumbai, and the police there that the Dalit daughter of the country who has been afraid of coming in front of the media for the last ten days and even expressing her views, please help us. Question- Now when Sohail ji is going to file an FIR, what will be its basis or sections?

Sohail (Lawyer) - There is a video of the incident that happened publicly with Archana, and on the basis of whatever Archana told us, we have kept some sections, but the most important section is section 354 which is, women. There are some other sections for violation of decorum. Also, this schedule comes from caste, it also has many sections and special acts, and we have included all that in it. The evidence is in front of everyone, so we want action should be initiated, Archana's statement should be taken, Congress office CCTV footage should be taken and legal action should be initiated.

Question- Will you also file a defamation case against the manner in which Archana was expelled from Congress?

Lawyer- We are talking about it now, we will do whatever is required legally, and we will try our best to get justice for Archana.

Question- Archana, since you are a part of the Congress Party, and after whatever has happened to you now, would you like to say something about the party?

Archana- Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Sonia Gandhi are among the very good leaders, but the problem is with their P.A., these things are not getting passed through them. They have accused me that I had taken the goons there to fight. So once you watch the video, you will know whether I was taken by the goons or they had sent the goons, in the guise of women they bit my buttocks, hit me on my back, pulled my hair, and slapped me. And I was also asked what did you when you were expelled from the party, so I want to tell you that the letter is fake, I did not receive any such notice. But even if I agree with you that I was expelled from the party, still this is the Congress office where the public is heard, which is called Janta Darbar, then I am also public, and I will go with the bouquet to congratulate. Had it been so, would you do this to the public? If someone is coming to you to congratulate you on something, will you send goons to get him killed, where is this public court? So, I want to tell Kharge ji that you should find out about this and take strict action against it. I have done my duty, I am fighting with all the strength within me, now it is in the hands of the government to find out the truth of this incident.

 Question- Archana ji, will you focus on your Bollywood career now or will you focus on your political career?

Archana- I have not thought yet, so many things are happening in my life right now, Navratri is about to come, so invitations for many events have also come, which I canceled because if something happens to me during the event. , So that's why I'm focusing on my fight for now. Now I am not afraid.

Question: You have become the voice of thousands of women and are fighting against the brutality that happened to you, so where did you get the inspiration to fight this fight?

Archana- I have got inspiration from those women who are murdered and raped and they are not able to raise their voices, they just become the headlines of some newspapers, there is no one to raise their voices for them. Today God has kept me alive, so perhaps he has kept me alive with the thought that I can become the voice of women, and I will raise my voice as long as I am alive. It is not a mistake to call wrong if someone did something wrong.

Question- When you won Bigg Boss, you got a lot of support from the people of Meerut, and so have you got any response or support from the people there now?

Archana- I have given the status of God to the public, the way the videos were coming, you can see all the comments, it is in my favor, and the public has supported me. I leave this thing to the public because I have faith in the public that they will help me get justice.
