Aruna Irani Returns To Star Plus After 14 Years With ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’

Veteran actor, Aruna Irani, best known for her roles in Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand and buaji in the movie Haseena Maan Jaayegi, is returning to Star Plus after 14 long years with her new show ‘Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji’.

We’ve seen the first promo of the show which revolves around a young girl, Happy (Jasmin Bhasin) who sees the happier side of every situation and her only motive is to spread happiness. The show will also see veteran actor Aruna Irani play the role of dadiji. Talking about her role, she says, “I am really excited to be coming back on the channel after so long. I said yes to do this role because there are various shades to her character and I personally love the story of the show. Working with Gul Khan is also like home coming for me because I have known her over a decade. Everyone takes care of me on set and I love spending time with them.”
