Aryan Khan gets a clean chit from Bombay HC

Aryan Khan son of Shah Rukh Khan who got busted by NCB on 2nd October 2021 on a cruise along with his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in a Drugs related case.

Later, they all got bail from Bombay High Court on 29th october after spending 28 days in Arthur Jail just before Diwali.

Well now the recent update related to Aryan Khan's drug probe case is currently trending in the headlines.

Bombay HC has given a big relief to Aryan khan and Arbaaz Merchant, they got a clean chit in their ongoing case as the NCB has failed to submit the evidence of conspiracy against them.

Bombay HC stated that "There is no evidence of conspiracy against Aryan Khan", Merely because of Applicants were travelling on the cruise, that by itself cannot be termed as satisfying foundation for invoking provisions of Section 29 (conspiracy) against the Applicants - Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.

Aryan Khan was not found in possession of any objectionable substance, the “quantity of drugs which was seized from the possession of Arbaaz and Munmun is a small quantity which is not a disputed fact, '' the court said in its 14-page order.

Justice Nitin Sambre said, “ there is no such proof of Aryan Khan being guilty, as the messages extracted from his Whatsapp Chat is not objectionable, and no intent of any conspiracy is proven done by all three applicants.

On the other hand there is a rumour that Shah Rukh Khan is being strongly advised to take retaliatory legal action against Sameer Wankhede and others who put Aryan behind bars. The question is will he or Won't he?
