While the house is just a structure, it is the emotions and people living in it that transform it into a beautiful home. It is a collection of the moments and memories that further add to the joy of being in a home. Thus, keeping this ethos in mind, Asian Paints, India’s foremost paint and décor brand has collaborated with Sony Sab TV, leading light hearted general entertainment channel, to spread “khushiya” amidst the audience. In a week long grand celebration, Asian Paints takes over Sab TV by redecorating the channel as well as engaging the consumers. Together they bring to you “Khushiyon Bhara Hafta”.
Asian Paints brings its communication “Ghar ka Sabse Khoobsurat Decoration hai usmein basi Khushiyan” emphasizing that #PeopleAddColor. Following a similar philosophy, Sab TV encourages the thought that people enjoying special moments together brings alive the proposition “Khushiyon waali feeling” through a contest. Throughout, viewers get a chance to click, share and upload the picture of their favourite corner in the house along with a heart-warming memory attached with it on Facebook using the #Khushiyon Bhara Hafta. Winners get a chance to win exciting prizes from Asian Paints.
Commenting on the campaign Vikram Sakhuja, Group CEO Media & OOH, Madison World said, “Diwali week is all about homecoming and the family feeling. What better way for the Brand that has given a personality to every home, to activate a UGC contest where viewers of SAB TV share their favourite home picture during India’s Khushiyon Bhara Hafta."
Neeraj Vyas, Business Head, Sony SAB, PAL and Sony MAX Movie Cluster said, ““For us at Sony SAB, our brand philosophy of ‘Khushiyonwali Feeling’ stands for a larger purpose in life, that of making people happy by bringing unforgettable moments and infinite experiences. This association to present ‘Khushiyon Bhara Hafta’ with Asian Paints is a further extension of our core belief wherein we are leveraging our wonderful characters from Sony SAB shows and inviting viewers to share their moments of happiness associated with their homes. It’s an interesting concept that drives synergies for both the brands involved while keeping the focus on the customer.”
Lead protagonists from Jijaji Chat par hain, Kya hoga Alia ka, and Bhakarwadi come together to announce the entertaining contest. They also bring out similarity between their activities and Asian Paints Ace Shyne, Tractor Shyne as well as Royale Health Shield respectively.
