Asmita Sood, the girl who mesmerized everyone with her show “Dil Hi toh Hai” will soon celebrate her birthday.  When quizzed about her birthday plans, she exults, “I’m going to Goa with a few sets of close friends which is going to be a much-needed break from my hectic schedule. I have been too busy to make any plans. It’s great that there is ample work and an actor can never complain to be busy. The pain of not having work is far more. So, I am extremely happy to be in the space. Just trying to balance out life to the best possible manner”. Asmita says, “December is my favourite time of the year, though not super high on celebrations... I still try and make my birthday special in every little way possible. She plans to have a small get together for her birthday and other than the usual cake cutting and dinner ceremony she is believed to make a special prayer for the well-being of near and dear ones. She added,” For me family and friends are extremely important and their physical and mental well-being. So, I have a strange thing where I make a special prayer for them on my birthday and I ask it as a birthday gift from the almighty” She is a fitness enthusiast and she does a variety of workouts which ranges from weight training, Pilates, yoga, and meditation. It keeps her in the best shape and she could afford to work round the clock because of her high fitness levels
