AYUSHMANN KHURRANA ON PLAYING BLIND MUSICIAN IN SRIRAM RAGHAVAN'S NEXT

Ayushmann Khurrana is not just an actor, but also one great singer. He has proved his singing talent with hit songs like Nazm Nazm, Pani da Rang, Mitti di Khushboo and other. This time the actor will be playing a blind musician in his next film and it was not easy for him. Ayushmann Khurrana said he was drawn towards the film, directed by Sriram Raghavan, as music is an important part of his real and reel life.

Ayushmann said; "It was not easy (to play this role). I know music, I can play guitar, but learning piano from scratch... I had given a lot of time to learn it." The actor said, director Sriram believes in doing impromptu things and that made things even tougher.

"Sriram sir demands a lot from his actors. He will give you a situation and the milieu and ask you to react on it, and that is quite amazing. I am from the theatre background and so it was fun," he added.

This is the first time Ayushmann will be doing action-sequence on screen. He said "It was tough as it is something new that I am trying. It was a crazy ride. I am anxious as well as excited for the film."

Ayushmann is currently busy shooting for Badhaai Ho, directed by Amit Sharma.
