If there is one man who can baffle, beat and challenge any astrologer, soothsayer or tarot card reader or all the so called bhagwans, sanths, sadgurus and sadacharis, it is Shah Rukh Khan- Ali Peter John

He was the son of poor parents in New Delhi and kept seeing dreams of conquering Bollywood and even the whole world (chand taare tod laaunga, saari duniya par mei cha jaaunga was a line he had sung in one if his early films, “Duplicate") and within years he was accepted as the badshah and King Khan of Bollywood and he literally had the world willing to eat out of his hands.

Girls were willing to give away their life for him and parents wanted sons-in-law and sons like him. And this is saying nothing about the popularity of Shah Rukh Khan.

But like all good things come under the shade, SRK also had his time in a bad shape, his films like “Raees", “Fan" and “Zero" beat him against the wall and he didn't know how to collect his pieces around him.

Then came covid and the worst happened when his son Aryan Khan was said to be involved, was arrested and put in jail for possession and consumption of drugs.

SRK fought each of his battles, but there was one battle he had to fight and win. He got his first big shot in the arm when YRF Films signed him for his comeback film, “Pathan" in which his co stars were Deepika Padukone, who was his discovery and John Abraham who was to play the antagonist.

A major part of the film has been shot in Mumbai and the songs have been shot all over Spain. “Pathan" is scheduled to be released on January 23, 2023.

SRK like all the other heroes in Bollywood were in a panic when the three south films, “Pushpa---The Rise", “RRR" and finally “KGF--- Chapter-2" stormed the whole world. It was a global success.

And when SRK worked out his own ideas for success, he came up with his plans to shoot a film in the south with a super successful director like Attlee and teamed up with Nayantara, the number one actress. In addition, SRK has a double role in the film which is titled “Lion".

And SRK who has always wanted to work with Rajkumar Hirani is now also working with Hirani in a very unusual film with an unusual title which is “Dunki" which is said to be a comedy with an element of rich emotions.

The film has Rakul Preet Singh as SRK's leading lady and will be mostly shot in the fields and villages of Punjab during the next few months. SRK has an added responsibility now as his daughter, Suhana Khan has already made her eagerly awaited debut with Zoya Akhtar's “Archies" and in which Suhana has Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agasthya Nanda and Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's younger daughter Khushi Kapoor in leading roles.

And what about Aryan Khan???
