Munawar Faruqui's Stand-Up Lights Up Bigg Boss House with Laughter

Bigg Boss has always shared his love for Munawar Faruqui right from the start. Munawar’s calm and sensible nature has made him stand out in the eyes of Bigg Boss. The latest episode of Bigg Boss 17 saw Bigg Boss assigning a very important task to Munawar, which also gave him a chance to shine!

Bigg Boss Challenges Munawar Faruqui: Stand-Up for Luxury or Food?

In the episode, Bigg Boss called Munawar to the confession room and spoke about Munawar’s stand-up comedy talent. He gave Munawar a task to do a stand-up comedy show but he had to convince the other housemates to ‘buy’ a ticket to the show. Housemates were given 5000 BB currency and could choose to spend it on luxurious food items or on a ticket to Munawar’s comedy show. If Munawar is successful, he will be able to get luxury items for himself.

Munawar had a heart-to-heart conversation with many of the housemates and told them how important this task is to him, and how an audience is necessary for him to perform his craft. He managed to convince most of the housemates, with just Aoora, Aishwarya and Anurag choosing to spend on luxury items.  A beautiful stage was set up inside the house, and Munawar brought much-needed laughter for the housemates and viewers.

Munawar did some fun and light-hearted roasting of the contestants, poking fun at their habits and styles of playing the game. He joked about Vicky being a smart businessman and being sharp like a diamond to cut others. Munawar also joked about Mannara and said that in the bathroom she asked what he was writing and he told her not to worry as it won’t advance her game in any way. He also poked fun at Ankita for always saying she is emotional and Neil for being the main lead type of person who chooses to keep quiet in many instances.

Munawar also joked a little about himself and then said that now since Bigg Boss has given him such a huge opportunity, he will certainly take a stand for himself now on. By the end, his audience could not control their laughter and the housemates heaped praises on Munawar. Bigg Boss also complimented him and awarded him with BB currency to get luxury items for himself.

This would certainly be a highlight for Munawar in his Bigg Boss journey as he got the opportunity to perform stand-up comedy, which is what he is passionate about. Many viewers are praising him for his jokes and are glad that he got the chance to rule the episode!
