In an emotional episode of Bigg Boss 18, Alice Kaushik shared the deeply personal and painful experiences of her difficult childhood, shedding light on the trauma she endured growing up in a broken home.

"My parents never had a good relationship. Their fights were constant and intense. I was always closer to my dad because he understood my emotions," Alice revealed, offering a glimpse into the fragile connection she had with her father.

However, her world was shattered most heartbreakingly when she learned about her father's tragic passing.

"One day, my mom asked me to call my dad. I did, but when someone answered, they said, 'Who Papa?' I told them I was calling my father, and they said, 'He’s gone.' They told me he had taken his own life and even sent me a photo. That image still haunts me."

The horror of how she discovered her father's death only deepened her pain. "The ambulance guy handed me the rope and said, 'This is what he used.'"

Alice’s trauma was compounded by her mother's reaction and her subsequent remarriage.

"My mom wasn’t really involved. She had already moved on and remarried, and her focus was elsewhere. The man she married was not the right person, and I eventually had to leave. I was kicked out because my mom was influenced by him."

Alice Kaushik’s brave revelation offers a powerful testament to the scars of childhood trauma, highlighting the immense strength it has taken for her to rise above her past.
