THE BIGGEST MUSIC LAUNCH EVER IS HAPPENING—DETAILS HERE!

Director S Shankar is trying to outdo himself with his mega project 2.0 and to attract global attention, the makers of the film are not leaving any stone unturned. The team of 2.0 are gearing up for the 'biggest music launch ever' and you might want to hold your horses for this one because the mega event will take place in Dubai on the evening of October 27, in a sprawling 11,300 square metre lawn called the Burj Park.

A leading entertainment portal confirmed that the Oscar-winning music composer A.R. Rahman will be performing live for the audience. The same report also quoted a source from the 2.0 team saying, "Rahman is performing. Rajini sir and Akshay sir are also expected to take to the stage for a ‘duo-logue’ on working together. In addition, there will be audio-visuals of the film’s songs."

Director Shankar and Rajinikanth have personally sent an invitation to their friend Kamal Haasan asking him to be present at the music launch on 27 October. The superstar who is currently trying to make time from his packed schedule has promised to be present.

Directed by Shankar, 2.0 stars Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson and Adil Hussain in lead roles. The film is produced by Lyca Productions and is slated to release on the 2018 Republic Day weekend.
