Think about his early life, how he became addicted to drugs while still in boarding school. Think about the life he lived when he was a leading star. Imagine the battles he had to fight with his father over his alcohol and drug addiction. Imagine his time in prison. Think about the many women who walked out of his life, some for their own selfish reasons. Sanjay had affairs with women like Tina Munim, and Richa Sharma, whom he married and had a daughter with. But what isn't widely discussed or written about is one of his most intense affairs, with Rati Agnihotri, his leading lady in three films. It was Rati who was deeply in love with Sanjay when he was with her. This was a time when Sanjay was almost lost in the world of drugs, but Rati continued to love him madly and was even willing to give up her thriving career to marry him. Her father was aware of this hopeless affair and tried to talk to Rati about how her affair with Sanjay would not only harm her career but could also harm her life. However, Rati remained firm and told her father (Pradeep Agnihotri) that she would only marry Sanjay. When Mr. Agnihotri's attempts to convince Rati that Sanjay wasn't the right man for her failed, he resorted to his last desperate tactics. After just a few years of marriage, their lives became living hell.

He hired a team of freelance photographers whose sole job was to capture Sanjay's moods and moods when he was lost in the world of drugs and had no control over his body or mind. The images were converted into a shocking video, and Mr. Agnihotri showed it to Rati, who was shocked to see what her beloved Sanju was like in real life. Mr. Agnihotri asked her, "Do you still want to marry this man who has no hope? If you still want to marry him, I will be the last father to come between your love for him." Rati stopped all her shooting, and within a few days, her father arranged a very secret wedding ceremony. It was held in an apartment called "Varun" in the Janki Kutir complex, where Prithvi Theatre was located.

That afternoon, Rati Agnihotri became Mrs. Rati Virwani. She had to give up her lucrative career and live her life as a prosperous housewife. Soon, they had a son named Tanuj, and after just a few years of marriage, life became hell for her. Her husband had numerous fights that led to police stations, and their relationship eventually ended in separation. Rati, who has acted in films with stars like Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Mithun Chakraborty, Rishi Kapoor, and Sanjay Dutt and Kumar Gaurav, turned 60 on December 13th. She still looks great and aspires to return to films. Her son, Tanuj Virwani, is already a star. Sanjay Dutt is very happy with his current wife, Mannat, and they have twin sons, Shahraan and Iqra.
