It is a matter of great sadness that most of our primary school education conditions in our country are very poor. Crores of rupees spend on these schools, but there is no improvement on their merits. People in rural areas are running towards private schools, where they are exploited economically and the level of education is also very bad. The film is about Amit who achieves his graduation with a first division degree by copying in the examination, when faced with competition for the job, he ends up as a teacher in a primary school with the help of his family members. He decides that he will teach children well so that the children do not have to struggle to face any competition like him. The school in which it is the first posting is in a very bad condition. The Mukhiya (head of the village), who was also the secretary of the school committee, had opened his own private school and doesn’t want to change the condition of the Government school. The headmaster Dinanath explains to him that it is not possible though he had bowed his knee in front of the power of the Mukhiya (head of the village).
A news reporter Rashmi with his cameraman John comes for reporting of the school. Amit explains to Rashmi that the school is in bad condition because Dinanath was all alone but as now he had joined the school, together they will soon change the condition of that school. Rashmi threatens him that if in 15 days otherwise, he does not, she will report about the school and Amit and Dinanath will be suspended. How he tries to convert the school into an Ideal school in just 15 days forms the crux of the film Blackboard and Whiteboard. The film produced under the banner of Milestone Creations & Ratan Shree Entertainment is slated for release on March 16 this month. Produced by Nupur Shrivastava, Gireesh Tiwary & Ashutosh Singh Ratan and directed by Tarun Bisht, the film stars Raghubir Yadav , Ashok Samarth ,Dharmendra Singh , Alismita Goswami ,Pankaj Jha and Akhilendra Mishra. Says producer Nupur Shrivastava, “We are confident that our movie will entertain people, as well as inspire millions of people. The screenplay of this film has been written after research in several Governments and Private Primary Schools.”
