So when the underdogs of Champions Trophy 2017, Pakistan, defeated the Indian Cricket Team by a massive margin of 180 runs to lift the trophy, B-Towners were the first ones who took to Twitter to congratulate the men in green.
Legendary actor and Twitterati’s favourite Rishi Kapoor, led the fall of appreciation for the Pakistani team and wrote on his Twitter page, “Yes Pakistan, you have defeated us. Well played, outplayed us in all departments. Many congratulations, I concede. Best wishes”. Bollywood’s young brigade also went on to praise Team Pakistan’s performance. Sidharth Malohtra tweeted, “Congratulations team Pakistan well played today and India we still love n admire you just not our day !#INDvPAK.” A bunch of other Bollywood stars also shared their messages on the final match between India and Pakistan.
